Kindergarten students were able to purchase 40 books and 40 pairs of pajamas with the profits from the hot cocoa stands throughout the month of December. These pajamas are going to Families Together in Waverly to serve children in our local communities. We appreciate the support of our customers in helping us reach this goal!📚📖

The students in Heying Hillside chose to not do a gift exchange this year for Christmas and instead chose to donate the money they would have spent on a local charity. 🎄🎅 They had read a book called "The Sparkle Box" which talks about ways that even children can give to those less fortunate. This year they chose the Salvation Army. a Christian based organization that also helps families locally.
