Kindergarten students were able to use the proceeds from the Kindergarten Cocoa Cafe, along with several generous donations, to purchase 33 books and 33 pairs of pajamas for the Pajama Program. The preschool and kindergarten students came to the library today to read How the Grinch Stole Christmas. We had a special guest make an appearance. It was the Grinch himself! He helped with the story, did some activities, and even received many hugs. He also stopped and visited all the students in the classrooms. Thank you Mr. Grinch for stopping by our school! Also, a special thank you to the New Horizons Chamber for making this happen!

K-2 spent time together today in Thanksgiving themed rotations. They enjoyed BINGO, BeeBots, and a movie. During the BeeBot rotation, students used their knowledge of coding to program the BeeBot to complete Thanksgiving related tasks…such as picking up the foods to take to Grandma’s for Thanksgiving!
